Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

No longer Fiserv…

It all went to sh-t once Yabuki was exiled by Frankie Beans. The Immediate culture change was felt and you thought “ok, this is it, it can’t get any worse”. But oh my god were we wrong. Frank seems to find a way to consistently make Fiserv a worse place to work, year after year. I miss the 2015-2019 Fiserv, those were the good days. Everyone hang in there….

Jeff is guilty for all of this. He knew what was going to happen when he took his golden parachute

The cruelty of November 2024 pushed me over the edge. The mandate to be in office 8 or 9 hours a day and requiring people managers to be in 5 days a week was harsh, announcing it the week of Thanksgiving was more than ironic and implementing it the following Monday was heartless.

If I were to guess, FB plans to sell off the Banking side of the business. He is just collecting termination fees for a while, then selling to the highest bidder. It is what venture capitalists do (KKR). It is a sad situation to take a stable, profitable, viable, and reliable company for clients, employees, and investors and turn it into a shell of a company where no one cares or has the knowledge of the platforms, software, and banking industry. Fiserv employment agreement with FB to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer through December 2027, he will be 68. Time is ticking. And where is the BOD on all this calamity?

I didn’t think it could get any worse but 2024 proved me wrong. There is going to be another mass exodus again where all original Fiserv employees bounce.

The brain drain is very visible. Nobody knows what the fu-k they are doing anymore.

There is no chance of that ever returning.
