The severance policy is in workday. Fiserv followed the severance policy.
You are asking people to put a target on their back. You might as well ask their name and age too. They could lose their severance under the terms of the agreement. Replying with anything more than the stated severance policy may be detrimental, tread lightly folks.
The standard is 2 weeks pay for every year of service with a 26 week cap.
