Basically layoffs all the time till Feb 25?

From MSN article 2 days ago:
"Dell plans further workforce cuts and limits external hiring through February 2025.
Dell is taking measures to minimize spending and to adapt to an AI world.
Dell's restructuring has included layoffs.
Dell is planning further cuts to its workforce.
The company said in an SEC filing on Tuesday that it plans to limit external hiring and reorganize some roles to reduce its overall head count through the fiscal year ending February 2025."

Dell hired hundreds of young inside DCS reps with no business experience. Approx 80%+ of them operate like desperate, used car sales men with a simple motion to find quotes already provided to a partner or a customer, and immediately call to offer a lower price (after they slap the hood of a car).

Where’s the value in that?
The worst part is, they cut into Dell profitability (just to touch something), and they devalue Dell.

telco infrastructure PdM team is now trying to re-invent themselves in Edge AI. They never made money for 5 years. The VP and his useless team are basically pencil-pushers. Why have they not been made redundant ?
