Yes, they really are completely incompetent... Shockingly so, and it is the whole org. Needs a flush top to bottom. and probably should be 1/3 the size, they really come up empty when you need a human...

add to that CFO and corporate development guy (he is not a C but not sure why Pat hired him. His only legit experience was Xilinx VP, AMD didn't seem to keep him. Intel is horrible at getting good execs. Hoping for an acquisition.

Having worked closely with that HR team and experiencing their inefficiency first hand I think it would be the right call for her to step down and also terminate 1/2 the VP’s that support the business units. They are just as responsible for Intels demise as Pat and the business leaders imho.
