Well op aged like the 5 nodes in 4 years strategy...
Pat owns a huge amount of INTC. It's up today so I'm sure that softens the blow of being kicked out. That plus the golden parachute that he'll float away with.
Probably bad, although I think this may be more chips ACT than him resigning . But if this rights the ship, so be it.
