Comcast Business not to be confused with residential has been and will continue to be in involved on laying off even more people and transferring the jobs to the Philippines. They are having the American workers that have been with them for years working faithfully to now training the replacements. Some know that they are doing it and others are too naive to realize it's happening to them at this very moment. If I survive past the first of the year I look to get out.

Yep it's all part of being a "global" workforce and not in the least about much lower cost labor, and essentially forcing your existing US based teams to create training and ensure success for their replacements. I have loved working for this company and am so very sick over this turn of events.
