It appears the corporate clowns or an agent of theirs shows up every couple of days on the layoff.com and zeros out every upvoted negative post against Broadcom. It also appears they counter post and post id--t nonsensical posts to bury other posts. What a really sh**ty company in need of some new management.

The manipulation and deception has lost its purpose. Everything has to be manipulated. Why? How does it matter what happens on an anonymous message board? Can't you just let things be? Misinformation. Disinformation. Lies. Has become a way of life. Censorship. We are swimming in Bull Sh-t. I can't do this anymore. May be the bull sh-t is finally getting to me. I see that everything in VMware is now total bull sh-t. May be it is just that i see the millions that i made and don't see the point in this bull sh-t anymore. Anyway thanks to Hockey man. Su-kers celebrating posts by the high caste leaders on linkedin. I have seen everything in life at this point. Nothing more to see. Is it not sufficient to su-k di-k in office? You have to broadcast it to the world?
I can confirm Onmissa is definitely doing it as their hr and comms team asked folks to update their LinkedIn, so every fool looks like they landed a director or mgr position with a new and upcoming company. Pile on top of that, every fool is also praising posts from the "leaders".
Companies used to hire offshore, ultra low wage click farms to fool online advertising "response" metrics. Probably could do that for the up/down arrows here and still be cheaper than a developed tool.
The "praise Hock" posts are another matter though.
It happens on Glassdoor all the time, find one negative comment which is usually followed by 5+ over the top positive comments.

Agreed, it's Omnissa and Broadcom. Perhaps they are using an AI bot to automate the process because it would be labor-intensive to do it manually. Either way, they are fearful of honest commentary from employees. We all know that more layoffs are to be expected. We must continue to share our insights here.

Concur. I've noticed the periodic evening-out of up/down votes that seems to occur about once every week or two, across all postings/responses related to Broadcom or VMware.
I follow a few other companies on this web site, and this behavior is not occurring for posts/responses about those companies.
They are just a bunch of bi--hes here. They think that Broadcom will make them rich. They are happy with the paper gains? From the Broadcom CA Symantec side. Those who survived and got along with the program and feel that VMware is just another stepping stone for Broadcom. Some are chinese? Think that china is sc--wing the US.

Of course, we are doing it. Why not? We read each post here and explain to Hock in Malay about how the people hate him. The employees would not p-e on Hock if he is on fire, until he dies. What to do. We are paid to sanitize this forum. Hock is fu--ing us everyday anyway. He would fu-k us more if we don't do this.
