All I have seen is a terrible environment and people waiting to see what happens. It is IMPOSSIBLE to focus on anything! People are under so much stress and anxiety!

The next several weeks will be highly disruptive as those people who are left will need to figure out how to get work done likely with little direction or support.
Everyone in my team is very anxious..
It seems that the awareness that something will happen is unbalanced. I work for BOSC, in EU and no one has even mentioned this. Friends from other divisions, especially sugar and starches, have discussed this with their managers.
