Those who haven’t shown up in last few years have clearly show no commitment.
One verbal, one written with a correction plan that must be signed, then termination with no package.
If you have to ask, you are probably already on a termination list.
Every group have several that never show up in last several years, they are easy to find and every team member know them.
It's a matter of fixed vs rolling average.
