No matter what happens in the next weeks and months, keep your head up and don’t undersell yourself when looking for new positions.
The Cargill name still holds a lot of weight (for now), so the experience you gained is valuable. While the job market is extremely difficult right now, shoot high and you will end up in a better situation in the near future.
