Anyone know what income level qualifies as high earner in this reorg? Are they likely to eliminate full teams or more focused on individuals? Would anybody be elevated through this process to lead more people or replace their own manager for less pay?

Yeah that isn’t helpful here. Some people have families to feed and God isn’t giving out a paycheck.
Advise everyone say some extra prayers and give their anxiousness over to God. He will prevail and if you trust in him, all will be good.
I have heard that Strategic Pricing and Pricing excellence will be completely removed… can anyone confirm?
By "eliminating COEs" do you mean bringing in them to the business or laying them off?
It is not pay based. They wanted to eliminate small teams, consolidating to create a higher span of control, ie. more people per manager. They are also eliminating redundancy is the groups that were newly combined. They are also bringing in MSC central to the business and eliminating a lot of the COEs. I think there will be more focus on managers and less on individual contributors.
I don’t think there is an exact $ for high earner - look at the executives and their teams, MANY higher up people got promoted/retitled to senior vp and they have the highest comp. I guess if you want to speculate on what that means though, probably people making $150k+. I suspect will see largest impact to sr man 1/man 2/sr advisor/advisor/man 1, especially where someone has less than 5 directs (this is rampant, I can see why cargill needs to make change, no reason you need 10 managers with 1-2-3 people. Consolidate and have 2 managers with 5-8 people). I would imagine we will experience both situations though (teams and individuals on teams) - maybe not full teams getting rif’d, but many teams will no longer exist in the future org and get absorbed into others, especially shared corp resources (MSC specific ehs, global ops ppl, scp).
