I just couldn’t cope with toxicity and control at Fiserv. I left for another job 4 months ago. I can’t be happier and more satisfied. It pays less, but life-work balance is great, the team is relaxed and reliable, and the manager is not an obsessive controlling freak. When I get home, I can forget work and still have time to relax and enjoy some life. For those who were let go from Fiserv - it may end up being the best thing that ever happened to you. And money is not everything.

I doubt you will keep thinking all is amazing for years at any corporate job. but congrats to get out of this shithole.

Good for you while you make less money happiness and family are much more important. Money will come had to do this myself a few times in the last 40 years.
