I am approached by Coforge for direct hiring for MFOL for 2025 onwards. Of course the work is not done and everyone is saying no budget is there for next year to support MFOL, is Coforge funding it. I would love to jump ship and get a job somewhere else, but truly??

Has anyone worked for NIIT/Coforge? How was the experience?
It will be interesting to discover the Coforge conditions. Coforge has about 4x the number of people than Sabre but only about 1/3 the revenue than Sabre. Sabre will probably surpass Coforge's net income in 2025 too. I suspect conditions and benefits at Coforge will be bad and that most Sabre people rebadged to Coforge will be replaced by Coforge people within a year or two. That could be a huge problem for Sabre still needing that work done by people who have years of Sabre knowledge. It sounds like we will see on February 10th so not long to wait.

When will this deal happen?
They are telling its job guarantee with Coforge till program is completed. I think that’s better option if it’s given in writing, else I saw feedback online at various sites- and some contractors (possibly my new bosses now :) used to tell me it’s hire and fire culture. Company is darling for shareholders but employees it’s different story
Till then I am waiting to see what is offered..
