We are now flying the proverbial white flag. We agree to let Sapien be our guide . Our Clients are no longer are focus. We hear you loud and clear on the eighth or nine hour day mandate. When we face issues for clients that go over the mandated eight or 9 hours, we expect our clients to also understand. The new standard will force us to table the issue till the next Sapien mandate of eight or nine hour timeframe.
