Trump mentioned a 25% tariff on all imports from Canada. Can someone tell me how this will impact us?

It won't affect ENB. Oil and gas will quietly be left alone. The consequences are too immediate and far-reaching, and the infrastructure needed to serve the US with local production in response will take more than his second term to appear.
Not just Enbridge, whole Canada will fall apart if 25% tariff is actually materialized. Will cause high inflation in US and will be painful for them too. It is unlikely Trump will actually execute this though.
