Just keep loading up the c-suite with made-up roles that bring no value to the company. Chief Recruiting Officer announced today. Company continues to lose marketshare and no new substantial contracts are being signed with large health systems. At least Rebecca and her friends are getting paid at the end of the day while the rest of the hardworking employees at the company see less take-home pay and increased insurance costs. Truly amazing how far the company has declined under the current management.

What koolaid are you drinking?
"I truly feel that Rebecca is doing things that should have been done years ago by our prior executive team. The LACK of not having these things in place is what caused us to be where we are today."
Oh wait, you are waiting for your payout too? The leadership that has been brought in since 2022 has ALL been toxic to the downfall of this company. This sounds like something that Russian would say.
Honestly, I wasn’t impressed with the AMN hire. They're becoming a relic of the past, and yet we’re pulling from their team. The decisions under the new leadership have been underwhelming and frankly disappointing. It makes zero sense to keep listening to the failing corporate heads of agencies when we have content experts who are being ignored. Any salesperson can talk their way to the top, but that doesn’t mean they have the answers. I don’t care what your title is—it doesn’t make you the end-all, be-all. Your journey doesn’t mean much if the results aren’t improving. It really makes you wonder how all these people got to the top in the first place. You can be a staffing expert, but clearly, you don’t understand the players or the dynamics in our industry. This company feels like it’s on the brink of folding, and it almost seems like the top brass are just waiting for their payouts. The best talent keeps leaving, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the remaining top performers follow soon. No one wants to work for AMN, and we can’t seem to find our own identity—just recycling everyone else's failing playbooks. We used to be the company everyone wanted to join, setting ourselves apart, but now we’re lost. It’s such a shame.
