They are looking for specific stocks that were invested in with the 401k
- US Small/Mid Cap Equity Fund
- Emerging Markes Equity Fund
PMP 2015 Fund
PMP 2025 Fund
PMP 2035 Fund
PMP 2045 Fund
PMP 2055 Fund
PMP 2065 Fund
If you have those when looking at the 401k investment, then you can participate.
Any updates on this lawsuit?
They cancelled the call earlier this morning stating they are "no longer searching for class action representatives".
Whether that means they've dropped the case or have enough lined, I don't know.

Appears legit. Most likely has to do with how our match was provided. I believe it was based on Dell stock, which could be manipulated.

I signed up for it. Have a 15-minute phone call scheduled for the 10th. I'll find out more info then.
all I know is this the first few that jump on tend to make the most money.
why doesn't someone who has ben laid off let us know what this is about. For us still there, we would probably be fired, not laid off, for participating. It would be nice to know the deals.

dont be too quick to dismiss this. Look at the lawyer online. This guy was once President of the Arizona state Bar association. Three years voted lawyer of the year for financial and banking litigation. Among other issues at dell, He's investigating the 401K plan 2017-2023.

I agree when they switched from Fidelity funds to one using now the performance wasn’t right.
There fund offerings were fishy. They didn’t perform like indexes(ie SP500etc).
Sounds life a fishing expedition to me.
Investigation? Dell didn't control fidelity....

I signed up. Curious to see what the issue was.. I felt the last few years my 401k was lower than it should have been.. wonder wonder if dell did something on purpose to cause lower performance?
