I do need a job, and I have nothing lined up. Yet I feel unburdened. My job at Fiserv was whittling me down.

I was cut 10 days ago. I just had a mini panic attack realizing that the deposit in my account today was the last normal paycheck and completely uncertain what the lump payout will be for 10 weeks at a $40k base + commission salary will look like. Still, I am more happy than not to be done. I hope better things are on the horizon for all of us.
I’m so embarrassed for the way that Fiserv treats its employees.

Good luck! Sometimes you need the push out the door. I know I have, as I prefer the devil I know vs the one I don't. Hard to imagine you don't end up in a better place. All the best!
