“Success grows with gratitude”
Aka, be glad you still have a job peasant. I can’t believe how tone-deaf they are.

I LOATHE the wall - paper and felt it to be in very poor taste as well, many of us are literally grieving over the loss of many our friends and colleagues and all you can say is be grateful... well...yes sir/ma'am...thank you sir/ma'am...can we have another sir/ma'am... shiiidddddddd... just STUPID.
I said the same thing. I swear they do that sh!t on purpose.
"Fiserv" really means "Fire-serfs".
They deleted my post, but I guess everyone gets this.
Such an abusive relationship. One taking more and more, demanding more giving less or nothing back making you feel grateful for mere pittance.
Until the abused are depleted, mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Can only ride the relationship for so long before the abused no longer cares or vested with the abuser. Can't give from an empty well.
Fiserv was successful far before Frank and cronies ever hit the scene. Never the best employer but far better than what it has become the last few years only getting worse. Until there is nothing left. Except the way too fat paydays for the ones making the decisions laughing all the way to the bank.
Lord, have mercy on your souls.
To those who don't get a bonus... you are not missing anything. It is mostly a measly stock grant that vests over 3 years and in order to get it you need to sign a long document of legalese which includes all manner of clawback provisions. To boot, it is treated as income even though you don't get anything until the next year.
Wouldn’t it be nice if the company would show some gratitude to the associates who are not bonus level recipients and help us all with Christmas with a $500 Gyft certificate…gratitude needs to work both ways!
100% Thought the same thing
Well they could show gratitude by gyfting all associates “not” bonus eligible with a nice $500 certificate for Christmas…we know that would never happen…”gratitude “ works both ways…they are always asking the associates to give.. I’m done with all that!
