Day before Thanksgiving you were sent an email demanding longer hours the following week. Management knew about this for weeks. No one said anything.

Some of us hired recently never agreed to this and will find other jobs next year.
We were never required to come into the office 5 days since we moved into the Alpharetta office back in 2016.
I don’t care to hear complaining about having to come in five days a week… we have had to come in five days a week since July of 2021
You don't want to get promoted here. Stay below grade 11, there would be no change to you.
Feel so badly for the folks who have to spend Thanksgiving weekend struggling to rearrange their, and their families, schedules to meet 8 and 9 hours in office starting Monday morning. Also for supervisors/managers who have to figure out the same Fridays. When you think FB and the MC can’t do anything more to destroy the culture- surprise!!!
Left Fiserv after 24 years. 3 months at my new job. Day before Thanksgiving we got a 1:30 Teams message to leave work and start enjoying the holiday with our families!
I’m telling you - get out if you can. Grass is beautiful on the other side.
Thanksgiving morning - working on my resume. Thanks coach for ruining my holiday!
P.S. If I had been laid off, I would have been relaxing. Instead they kept me on so I need to get a new job ASAP :-/
By management, I hope you mean the MC-1 level. No one else knew about this
