Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

This place su-ks! But happy thanksgiving anyway!

The new scam… many people took VSP with a clear path to return right after to fill a new roll.

Say what you want, but I have seen several people do this. This is waste, fraud and abuse.

So efficient Intel! You are now actually part of the federal government.

If you go back, the repayment would include the gross amount. Did this at a previous company.

Maybe Intel won’t bill you right away, but I would guess it would be reconciled eventually

Don't hate the player, hate the game.

This simply isn’t true… it is a prorated scale of repayment… so, yeah, you CAN come back early, but at a return of funds that really didn’t cost Intel considerably… and they get an employee that already understands the (toxic) culture better than a newb would in terms of integrating (back) in…

Intel has historically been willing to bring VSP sheeple back on board, as long as they have good reviews.

I've known people who have done this repeatedly.

Think of it as an extended sabbatical for those willing to take one for the team.

The game is to manage earnings. Don't hate the player..

You must be out for a minimum of 6 months to come back as a GB without paying any monies back.

If you take VSP/ISP you can't return for a year otherwise you owe Intel money for the severance payout.
