I thought they said we would get the stocks for our 5% pay cut if we were laid off. A bunch of people complained and I thought they changed it to give the shares but my trade account says zero vesting.

It is will be calculated at market close on Tuesday 12/3, and then paid out as cash rather than as a stock transaction.
This question may explain partly why you were ISP’d. This was explained on calls and the FAQ.

I'm pretty sure it was stated somewhere in the FAQs that you'll be given cash equivalent of the grant at vesting date, not stock itself.
