For those who are departing TU in the next couple of days, I wanted to say "thank you" for the privilege of working together, and wish you well in your next career move. It's been incredibly sad seeing so many friendly and capable co-workers leave (not by their own choice) this past year. The way I feel I can best honor you is to continue doing the great work we did together despite some major changes to the TU culture. Perhaps by some miracle the senior management will understand that those of us remaining are dedicated to TU's successs, and will let us continue doing this work onshore in our current roles.
