Why should we care at this point. They trust a flawed computer tracking system and the d-mb people who interpret it more than us. And in a world where we can enable work anywhere anytime and there is no 8-5. We don’t work at a mill with regular hours. We work at an around the clock, every second, every millisecond, counts global payment business. Because of that, we actually work all the time, every day of the week, nights weekends…. Many times we work remotely from vacation while our families wait for us. Inadequate software and out of touch CEO 1 human begins 0. Stock price up, human beings never been lower.

I quit caring. Work my shift and that's it. I stopped joining all the useless meetings and only attend if it directly affects the project I'm currently working on. I will give Fiserv 0% percent of anything extra. And I hate to admit it, because I've always been a hard worker and cared about my output, but even within my hours I'm not giving 100. I just can't anymore. 11 years - the first 5-6 I felt somewhat valued but not the last several years. It's saddening.
I haven’t actually had a real vacation in years. Even when I go, I’m committed to the success of the place so I join calls and respond to issues. But I guess all you get paid for is the time you pinch a clock in the office. So maybe I say to you all. Come in for your 9 hours. Then turn it off. Turn it off. Because they don’t consider any of the things you do on your personal time. We all feel like we need to keep connected to take care of our teams and the company. But maybe they should feel what it’s like when we abide by the mandate to put in 9 hours by badge - and THATS IT!!!!!!

Why? because you are working more to cover for all the people they laid off. They think, "hey, we got rid of all those people & things are still running, we can cut back more and be fine!"
It will not stop until everybody does their 8 hrs of work & that is it. They want us to punch a clock --> then punch a clock. Clients will then feel the full pain and give coach he-l - then we will see change!

Agreed. I always bring my computer on vacation. I was on the phone with a client 7pm last night because they were having an issue. Using my personal cell, which doesn't get tracked by Sapience.
