Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

What if we all just stop working??

I read most of this page, and it seems like everyone is upset—employees, managers—basically everyone except the C-suite. Frank can’t be stopped if he’s making millions. The company can’t function without its employees, and the office morale is awful. Everyone looks miserable. I’m half kidding, but seriously—what happens legally in situations like this? Nurses strike all the time, but for fiserv it would be a 40,000 worker union.

Spend time while in office preparing & looking for a new job.

Then when you find one - don't give notice. Just leave & let them figure it out.

I have been told by several they already resigned in their mind but they are good at looking productive and play the game.

The term you are looking for is "Industrial Action". There are many varieties, not just a labor strike.

We must be hemorrhaging clients because stock price and what's happening internally makes no sense for these policies.

The job market is the worst that I've seen in 20 years. People are getting laid off everywhere.

Where else can you go where you have some job security without the micromanaging?

I’d rather hear RFK sing the national anthem then hear Frank cough
