This has been the deployment of all different tactics to get rid of us. As if anyone would fight to stay in the grinder. And it will become only worse. There is work waiting for all of us after people who were laid off, as if we didn’t have a lot on our plates already. It’s pointless to even talk about morale. The only thing left to talk about is what is still keeping any of us here.

I don’t mind the 5 days, although it is very very old fashioned and actually not a very productive thing. I just mind that we’re being asked to do more than our contractual hours which is not legal.
All this seems a lot like the old tale about the frog and the pan full of water heating up on the stove, the one where the poor frog placed in the pot when the water was cold just waits as the water heats up until it is boiled alive.
As for the other frog in the tale that is thrown into or at the water when it is already boiling and then immediately jumps out, I can’t tell you whether that would apply here. Maybe for a few hapless folks who joined this company recently. If they are smart and leave as soon as they can.
But I sure would say that if the water isn’t already boiling for most of us as it is, it’s going to come to a rolling boil pretty darn soon.
It’s just a very sad tale all round.
Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.
They look at employees as if they're roaches to stomp out their motivation to thrive.
If you’re approaching retirement then you’re in a tough spot. Stay until the day but take no sh*t.
If you’re young - leave. There’s nothing for you here.
The morale at this company has now hit at all time low. People left and some were let go and the ones that are left with more work and no pay or bonus. The bonuses have changed and if you’re lucky to get one, you’ll get half in cash and the other half in stocks over 3 years. What a joke!
On target, on point - no question about it
