Employees who are Not either working in a Revenue-generating department or as a Model Developer are competing for and fighting over Bread Crumbs, Dog Food or Peanuts! And also over "Promotions" since this will be decreased from about 20% to 1% or even 0%. Twenty percent was bad enough because this means only one out of five people will get an In-Seat Promotion. But 1% or 0%, Citi is literally, NOT metaphorically telling its Employee's that Citi hates its Employees and SH!TTING our faces!!!
