Inside sources & individual higher up in leadership are leaking that they are gonna start doing more layoffs pertaining to office attendance & performance. They are rapidly loosing interest from clients & pitches are going AWFUL. Makes sense after you hear from the braindead PHM leadership who post more tik toks than accomplishments lol. Lawsuits are piling up... wouldn't doubt it if Publicis doesn't make it 5-6 more years especially with pharma advertising getting erased soon enough.

Take the unemployment & go to a better agency. Get out of a dying Publicis that is promoting low quality workers, collect a few thousand in unemployment & go to a better agency that is actually gaining clients... it's a win win
Commute surveys are an indication of things to come. If you are not in at least 104 days ( that's if you come in twice a week), you are likely to be fired with cause. That will save the company a ton of money they would otherwise have to pay out for layoffs.
Any news before Christmas and New Year's ?
Have you seen any WARN notices or are these all being framed as performance related?
