If you’re in the analyst program, good luck. I am hearing they won’t be extending offers post-program and very likely you’ll be cut before you finish your second rotation. what happened to this place

Isn't that the plan? Build some work experience at Fiserv then get a real job somewhere else?
Honestly this might be a good thing. The in office locations aren’t great for young people. There are plenty of financial companies with better locations, with more affordable housing.
I’m sorry if this is rude but this is a good thing for many of those in the analyst program. A lot of them are just extremely overpaid interns who do no work. Also, check some of their last names, some got here because their parents. Why were some analysts who do no work on their team kept but hard workers of 20+ years let go? are they going to pick up the slack? No.
