As challenging as things are here at Dell, I daresay we are in a better situation than those unlucky ba----ds at VMware who are still desperately trying to hang on after the year-long bloody disaster at Broadcom. The grass isn't always greener, people.

Yes everyone is miserable in Broadcom, so just be glad that you're slightly less miserable. That's something to be happy about, right?
That AVGO stock though. Golden handcuffs can really be hard to get out of.
Not one fu--ing sad soul is happy at Dell.
Just because things are sh-t elsewhere does not mean they are good here.
Its still not acceptable that we are treated like sh-t by top brass who have no fu--ing clue what is going on and still get huge salaries and bonusus.
My buddy is a long-time VMW remote employee based near Toronto, who has been mandated RTO. However Broadcom's Toronto office is apparently full so they won't allow him to be based there. So his only option is to relocate to Vancouver (location of Broadcom's only other office in Canada), so he can sit on Zoom calls in the office 5 days a week.

I know and remain in touch with quite a few really good people who are still there. Not a single one of them is happy, and not a single one of them is sleeping well. What a sh-tshow.
