Fight against Hock? HAHAHA
Why don't you go and knock on Ragu, Betsy and other failures doors who made all this possible?

You can’t, but next time stop the wôke parade that lead to this takeover.
People that get paid 6 figures and more for 9-5ish work with no physical demands, do NOT need to unionize….
And people that ask “what does he have to show for it?”… a fat compensation package! The dude is old enough and well off enough to retire… he’s only doing this for the fat stacks. Good on him
yes you can try on your own risk :)
But make your research beforehand. Find out what happened in France and Germany when they attempted the same ;)

Dell the No 1 customer of NVDA has missed on revenues. Oops. The No 2 is SuperMicro who have not filed their annual report from 6 months ago and now have a new auditor and their stock is down 90% from peak.
Once this AI bubble bursts slowly and then at once, AVGO has a solid support at 135. Then next stop 120. Then all bets are off till it reaches 17 which is where it will bottom out. A PE of around 12 will be good place to buy again.
Hock is sc--wed. He had ruined the company. What does he have to show for 90 billion? The 3.8 billion he got from KKR? The employees hate his guts. The employment market is bad. So everyone is biding their time. Wait for the employment market to improve. Only the truly useless DEs and their totally useless minions will be left. The customers hate him. Customers already have a transition plan since 3 years ago. Only Hock's bi--hes will be left to see the end of the company.
Hock Tan did not ki-l vmware.
An extremely bad CEO (who is extending his record at Intel) and the board of directors ki-led vmware through greed, and observational incompetence.
Some people explored the idea of forming one before the acquisition It fell apart in the end because a number of people said that they preferred to do their own negotiation instead of collectively.
It seems like there are a lot of delusional individuals who think that in a company of 60,000 people the loss of any single employee below c level would even rise to the level of "barely an inconvenience."
Hock is a sociopath for sure, who hates his employees almost as much as his customers. But VMware was not a beautiful company. It was failing, couldn't innovate, was full of ethnocentric leaders, and prioritized wokeness over talent and experience.
Unions are for baristas. People making 500k know how to sabotage the company to get what they want. Just sell on the way down. The company is already ki-led.
Just posting again fourth time if the first third 80gets nuked. Or no worries we can try later.

Not happening under Trump.
Unions su-k!
Nope, maybe a class action lawsuit for all those displaced DEI workers.
Good luck!
Look at AVGO stock prices.
Nope.
