Basically, managers are in 5 days a week now. Everyone else is 4 days with Friday WFH. And they are “still having meetings” on everyone else being 5 days.

And yet the only question that staff want answers about RTO,”Has productivity improved? And if so, in what ways?

Ha, If actually showing up to work and putting in an honest 8-9 hours sounds miserable you are at the wrong place. I would pay the company back and move on. With your work ethic and poor attitude this place will just chew you up and sp-t you out.
What should I do if they are helping pay for my schooling? If this is all true it sounds miserable and not like a company I would like to work for. I don’t want to have to pay the back for my schooling, but will have to if I leave.
