Consulting will be partially hit: Networking people, architects and delivery managers.

If you’re none of those you’ll be fine!

What about consulting - are we safe?

Don’t need many product managers or developers when you are doing just enough to keep Enterprise customers.

Don’t need marketing when you’re not trying to land new customers

OP - You should revise the title. It's already started!

Notices have gone out to impacted teams as of 12/2/24 - but new fiscal year for CSG. So far we know PMs, Sales, and Enablement.

Ahh the annual culling at CSG. Because who wants to spend the holiday season full cheer surrounded by friends and family when you could be stressing about losing your job at this sh---y company. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good year. Except for TK

Never been in Dec. Fiscal Year has to end then they need to plan the layoffs. Past few years has been end of January.

For those of us still there, it's already miserable. Morale is in the sh!tter. I would never encourage anyone to work here. What was once a wonderful company and culture is forever gone. But if you're reading this post, you probably already know that.

First round of layoffs will start on December 3rd. This time it seems it will be 1 week per year for the severance package.

Nope, AOP review is in London this week for EMEA and first leak info is too be ready for big changes. For AE's and premium accounts I would think that this would be communicated in December and executed in January. Deadline for onboarding support to unified services is November 30th. So TAMs will be converted to ATSs if you have a establish and proven submissive personality.
