I'm a former employee (RIF'd of course) and the company I work for now uses Fiserv services. A 360 case was opened from late 2023 that just got closed/resolved in October 2024 that we of course are taking the brunt of frustration from our clients. Everytime i hear "Fiserv" i cringe. It was bad when I left, but now coming here and seeing how many more RIFs happen YIKES for ya'll that still work at that dumpster fire. Good luck... sounds like you need it.

Make no mistake, Fiserv leadership (specifically "coach") are making money, not by offering a better product but rather by cutting from employees & customers.
Employees by requiring more hours for less pay in nominal dollars and clients by way lowering the level of service being provided.
The only thing they care about is the stock price. If you are a client - this will not stop until you go public about the collapsing service levels. Don't let them gaslight you with saying fixes & improvements are right around the corner - because they are not!
