I literally cannot take this sh-t anymore. I just put in my two weeks notice and I do not have a job lined up. Wish me luck but this place is hardcore fu--ing with my mental health. Fiserv is either going to cause me to have a heart attack, a stroke or develop cancer because I’m so stressed out.

No do not quit until you have another job or are let go to get severance
We are all looking, I know so many seasoned RMs that will be leaving soon due to lack of internal support and new mandates.
If I had the savings I would too.
Congratulations on making a decisive decision!
They are going to talk about knowledge transfer, but then they will fail to find anyone to transfer your knowledge to.
I gave them less than a three day notice when I quit. Fu-k them. It has become a toxic work culture.
What would you even bother with a notice? Are you getting severance for this? Just tell them you are done and next minute you are gone.
You poor Gen whatever since boomers, welcome to Corp America
Notice is outdated. They can fire you any time but we are expected to give them half a month's warning?
DO NOT give notice... act like Fiserv which doesn't give time to rearrange our lives and say "effective immediately, I quit!"
Same here. But I don't have a lot of money saved and younger. I am starting to apply to jobs.
I mean, we all know the company culture was downgrading but they sure ramped it up for 2024. So many smart and talented employees have either quit since the merger or got RIF’ed. I’ve never worked for such a sh-tshow. 10/10 a f’n circus.
If I don’t get out soon, I might be in the same boat as you once bonuses get paid out in 2025. Just gotta make it through that.
I am not far behind you
It's a terrible market now. I would have just been a subpar employee as long as possible. When they finally fire you, you can at least collect unemployment.
I know many who feel this way right now
