What type of culture is this! FB sat with Michael Phelbs to discuss mental health. What a load of cr*p. He doesnt care about our mental health but only growing his pockets. How are we supposed to have to be healthy and sane when we have to deal with working over 45hrs a week, no parking, horrible food and a of bunch losers for leaders who wont stand up to FB.

Spouse was told 5 days a week / 8 hours a day from his IT MGR Wednesday to start Monday 12/2
The individual at the top of GBS, and his reports, couldn't run a beer party at a brewery.
They are are molded the same and will turn on each other given the right opportunity.
5 days RTO for people managers only is what GBS was told. This was reiterated to use that is applied to all of North America in all business units.
