So we get an email from the ruthless Australian HR director saying disciplinary action will be taken if we aren’t in office 5 days? Seriously? The policy says otherwise. She should get lost. Anyone else feel this pressure?

Yes she should. Last few months a new sense of arrogance in her and mandi has come up their hr manager. Dunno what it is.
She feeds on comley a lot by saying stuff and we hear if you are on a pip youll be out of the company by end dec. gross and she needs to educate managers the right way rather than being insensitive
I think the issue from the comments here is that the aus hr director rejects all fwa’s even though its a medical reason - which is illegal!
Fiserv should get policy right and not post different versions of it and as someone who got out in November 2019, I detest the current dictatorial atmosphere. But in all my various jobs, 5 days in the office was the norm !! Except if you in field sales.
Let’s throw another shrimp on the Barbie!
5 days in the office… how inhumane!
So Jones and LT are very much hand in hand and reject all fwa requests even though legally they have to approve things like medical stuff.
An email was sent saying if we aren’t in 5 days a week we’ll be fired even though the company policy is 4 days in office. We were also asked to have 9 hours working hours on sapience. Not total hours, but working hours.
Starve the flamin lizards mate! Me boomerang won’t come back!
Please share some context. I didn’t get it
Yes Jones and her did it. Their hr manager also su-ks up to them all and does nothing. Maybe they come in 5 days first then see. Its inhumane. They are the worst hr team ever.
ID really knows how to sell cr-p especially saying we work more than contracted hours now
