I’m so excited to get 100+ emails this week telling us how thankful they are for our hard work, coming from people who are absolutely not thankful for us. Feel that stinging irony.

Who doesn’t like an inspire “shout out” that is sent on mass to every employee?
We can all hold hands in the office and feel appreciated after we get the next batch…
Oh yes, that would mean some putting down the Xbox remote control or table tennis bat…so maybe just give each other a nod of approval instead (like right after scoring a goal on fifa before play resumes)
Useless canned Inspire awards that dont offer points is what well get flooded with too.
