I've been through every phase of grief with the continuous years of layoffs, and I've finally reached the acceptance stage. I'm no longer letting this job control my emotions. I'm looking out for myself, using all my PTO, and scheduling all my doctor and dentist appointments while I still have insurance. I'm also exploring the possibility of starting my own business. I refuse to stress myself out or rush driving to the office every day. If I make it, I make it. If I don’t, so what! What will be, will be. At the end of the day, we have to look out for ourselves because no one has your back like you do. So don’t forget to take care of yourself.

Or if they are really smart, gotten the he-l out.
Couldn’t agree more. People here over 3+ years have either moved into the acceptance phase, or drank the kool aid at this point. Either way it’s a matter of time until we are shown the door, so try not to stress over this as much as possible.
