People are all focused on the layoffs, but I’m more concerned about whether our benefits are safe. Should we be worried about losing anything else?

Move to a modern country where you don’t have to worry about healthcare costs
Gonna be honest, I'd be worried but not about the normal benefits. I mean bonuses are nice but the last few years they seem to be getting smaller for the same ratings vs previous year. And I can see a point where you only get bonuses for O/S & Above ratings and everyone else gets nothing.
Benefits? Health benefits? Not safe, after you get laid off, health benefit costs are MORE costly
