You don’t have to deal with bad treatment just for a paycheck. You all have the skills to find a better job somewhere else. It’s your call. You can either stay and put up with the abuse, or move on to something better. I truly believe everyone here could find a new job pretty easily, it’s just about deciding if that’s what you want.
