Even if Intel pulls itself out of this hole, there still will be heaps of unresolved systemic issues. First next obstacle or failing, they’ll go after us because they simply can’t come up with strategic overhaul. When leadership is incompetent, we are the easy pickings. I’ll never again allow myself to be in a position to worry about my job for months on end because of the failures at the top.

Intel employees don’t have a lot of options just go ask some of our ISP buddies are doing with all the options out there for us
@tic... maybe you should have read the information provided by your former employer instead of other sources especially this site. You will get your severance within 2 pay periods. You left on 11/15 so it hasn't even been one yet. This site is good for entertainment but not a lot of information to base your life on.
What I've been thinking. Isp'd, no severance payment thus far. Reading here and on finance sites, not sure if it will come or not.
The failure doesn't even start at the top. Some of our middle management is horrendous
