If you fail your coaching plan before being put on a PIP do they present you with any other options? US Based team.

If you're on a pip and fail their is no package. You'll be fired. PIPS will be handed out in Q1 if you missed the number in Q4 /half.
100% agree of you fail a coaching plan, you’re on a PIP. However, you’ll likely be on the list as well for next WFR. Unless you have a manager that protects you and those are the ones we need at Dell. Managers who coach and improve to elevate you not get rid of you. If you find that manager, treasure him/her! Don’t ever take it negatively- that is a leader.
If you get out on a list for WFR, you get severance anyway so you can wait it out. Hopefully they don’t just fire you.
Yes. Take any package they give. Get out with some money in your pocket.
They will offer you a separation package, it’s not as solid as a WFR package. That said I would 1000% take it anyway.
