Thread regarding HP (Hewlett-Packard) layoffs

MANDATES BACK TO OFFICE

Some Reading employees, including myself, are now required to come to the office. Does this apply globally, or is it just here?

Oh yea, hp HR, I’m cool sharing with you—as long as you’ve got my back and won’t let me get fired??! 😭😭😭 I’m happy to spill how my boss can openly discriminate with her tiny biased mind.

My group in Corvallis had been mandated to be onsite since end of some pandemic policies, it is necessary for some of the job function. I can for sure say a lot of the site comes in on certain days of the week (extra loud zoom calls in the building on Wednesdays or lately Tuesdays)
Other groups have people fully remote and people fully onsite. It really varies here.
