What’s happened here? Limited events. No drives and what happened to community events? the Nutcracker? Team Apache? Did you water it all down with ERGs? We used to do so much for the community. Is it all tied up with the Astros now? Or was it just all cut!?

We had some pretty dope employee and community events in the outreach area a few years ago. Much better looking exec for the space. Now we just have large and in charge with no clue.
I think Apache has proved it is incapable in all facets of oil and gas; including exploration, PR, marketing, production, HR, compliance, M&A, but maybe they can go into bankruptcy like a pro......
Post above is spot on!! All our leaders are junior talent at best.
No one knows who Apache is anymore. No one cares. We are a bit player. Bit players aren't contacted by City movers and shakers to participate and have their name in lights.
We also have a large, unattractive leader for this space, and she doesn't have the right contacts. All of our leaders are junior players and cannot hang with their contemporaries in other companies.
