Why are people still talking about a merger? It’s dead. Stick a fork in DISH and all of their employees who believed they worked for a real company. You all are a joke
If it is true, than DTV has zero faith that DOJ Regulators will approve a merger.Financially both companies are in shambles. This would make DTV the largest pay tv provider in the US,it is going to be scrutinized with the utmost importance.Lets not forget this is the 3rd time his has been attempted.Prior attempts both were far better off financially.Personally I see it as the sunset for Dish with DTV not far behind
Still nothing new about a merger.
No word from DISH on this.
You know what it means.
No layoffs announced
When it comes to layoffs, it means the same thing as if DISH was being acquired. They are coming no matter what. DISH is a failing company led by losers who have drove the company into them ground. They have no way to pay their debts in the long term.
DISH has money to cover costs. I don't think a BK is close.
It means game over for Dish, time to close up shop now.
