Those of you impacted. What were your grade level and approximate salary? With the survivors expected to pick up the extra workload, need to know if we are also severely underpaid and need to ask for an adjustment increase.

Good luck to get them even adjust properly for inflation. Find your adjustment elsewhere, seriously.
I was thinking the same thing. We are paying more for the analyst (right out of college) than some more experienced folks in Nebraska.
