The icing on the cake was the mandatory RTO. Those who need the job will be making the daily commute with a lot of frustration and they will eventually leave. Those who stick their nose in the air will opt to get a package. This just adds unnecessary stress to an already overworked environment with an underperforming stock. With the constant trend to offshore to India it is time to leave. Bye-bye
