The higher ups have directed us PLs to make the lives of the employees miserable so that they can get people to quit. We over hired and cannot handle bad press after the banking fiasco. We are first being directed to get rid of anyone telecommuting by any means necessary. We will not be back filling any fully remote jobs and will put pressure on anyone working hybrid. RTO 5 announcement is coming soon just thought everyone should know what is really going on. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. This place really has turned into something I’m not proud of.

Managers can petition to hire remotely. Approvals are being granted. Just because you don’t see it on the jobs boards doesn’t mean anything.

IF this is happening…it’s isolated. As a PL this couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve seen fully remote people hired within the last 6 months.
This is not true at all. All of us have a spot - focus on the positive. On the help we provide to so many clients. This post is silly negative from a disgruntled, sad person that should probably quit if so unhappy. We all don’t want or need that now.
Not sure if speculative or definitive, but wouldn’t be surprised. RTO5 is a given and remote folks have been told to return or leave. It’s coming.
