For everyone whose metrics , productivity etc went up it appears the corporation got push back from providers about all the layoffs. Providers were told that they weren’t gonna have anymore layoff this year and possibly in the near future. So these strategic plan is to burn out the staff and/ or harass you into quitting cause you’re unable to sustain high production rates.

Higher ups told providers no layoffs, then it happened as a complete surprise. Never trust them. They also tried to hide that they laid off providers but the word will and has gotten out. They can't silence us.
Well, I would advice to consider the source. Optum is low balling providers with lower reimbursements, so I don't understand how they can trust Optum when they are telling them no more layoffs.
